- History of profitability and revenue growth
Industry Criteria
- Limited cyclicality
- Low technology risk
Management Criteria
- Owner seeking liquidity and/or exit
- Solid employee relations, with high employee retention rates
Company Criteria
- Well positioned in a growing and fragmented industry
- Identifiable growth opportunities
- North American based business
